Beautiful hand carved candle can be reused over and over after the original wax is burned out. Simply reinsert a real tea light candle, votive or a battery operated one and enjoy the warm and cozy glow from within!
The creation process starts with dipping a shaped paraffin wax core into different colors of liquid wax from 25 to 35 times to build up layers of different colored waxes on the candle core.
As the dipping continues the candle becomes warmer and softer which will allow to move to the next step of carving.
At that time there is just about 10 min to carve the candle, or it will be too hard to work with. And that’s where the magic begins!
It takes at least a few months to a year to learn how to carve a candle.
The last step is dipping of the candle into a special candle glaze to protect it from dust and fingerprints and allow it to permanently hold the shape use after use.
Such a beautiful and unique reusable candle will make a special Birthday, wedding or holiday gift that can be enjoyed for years to come.
